The room we had (#22), however, left a lot to be desired: it was very dark, two large windows looked out into a very narrow alley which prevented much light from coming in; paint was blistering on the walls and ceiling; the stain on the floor was badly scratched; the bathroom was tiny and in need of updating and the noise from the hallway was very loud since there were gaps between the two doors to the room.

3. One wall of our room was against the stairs and we were awakened the first morning around 7 am by the echoing sound of loud footsteps clomping up and down for about an hour.

8. Thats when things went down hill, the room was very small, on the street, the ac was loud, the street had some noise, and there was another compressor that kicked in during the night, we did not get much sleep and when we complained, they apologized but we wanted an adjustment.
