1. All the ticket redemption machines were broke and the lines for the cashiers were EXTREMELY long, and they had 'someone' directing traffic to the windows which was total chaos.

4. Oh yeah- I forgot that the valet parked my friends car and broke the stick shift because it was forced out of park instead of using the button release and they said they wouldnt pay for it and we should get a lawyer.
