1. We complained to the front desk about this a few times during our stay, and it was eventually resolved toward the end of our stay when we had the DND sign up, but were never offered any compensation for the disturbances.

2. Housekeeping was a different story - They consistently ignored the 'Do No disturb' sign, and would pound on the door until we answered, then offer towels or service.
