2. desk manager looked and smelled like he pulled his attire out of the hamper, when i got to my room i discovered that the air conditioner didn't work and looked like it hadn't in years.

' There was no hot water in our room and when we called to ask about the situation we were told (and I quote) 'well, I don't know what to tell you' The people in the room next door were told 'you will just have to deal with it' when they complained to the front desk about their non-smoking room smelling strongly of smoke.
