3. floor/ bathroom very dirty; the towels had hair on them; customer service horrible, the clerk did not know what rooms were facing the highway?? dah? i am thinking to file a complaint with bbb for this one and with the department of health.

4. I was pregnant so if the hotel was horrible I would have forced my husband to take me to the Marriott Residence Inn and pay the extra 100 nonrefundable pet fee on top of the hotel fee.

5. Check in was horrible, they gave us our Fan Fair stuff, and keys, but didn`t put us in the computer, I had to call down because our phone wasn`t hooked up, and they said they`d look into it, so one of the girls in the room called down and was told that it was because they hadn`t checked us in, and we weren`t in the computer.
