1. This went on for an hour at which time I called front desk at 8:00 and informed front desk there was a problem with a dog barking in one of the other rooms and this had been going on for over and hour.

4. The Staff except for one are very unpleasent and not willing to give you any breaks due to delays and problems.

5. My car got hit in the parking lot one of the nights, and when I aproached the management, the front desk staff simply shrug their shoulders, and say 'not my problem.
