1. Not only was the temperature consistent with what I chose, but I could also control the fan speed and create my own 'white noise' - - not that I needed it - - there was little outside noise to worry about.

4. The exterior door to the room had very large gap on bottom, which meant hallway noise (which there was a lot early in the evening because of people displaced from the flood staying at the hotel).
