1. We were accomodated but if the desk personnel had just informed us of problems with the infrastructure of the hotel we would have understood.

3. The bathroom was small, but not a problem.

4. The only problem we had was that their airport shuttle does not run all the time so you must reserve it the night before and you must call on your return trip for them to come get you.

10. They must have had some problems with the maids because several of us wanting to check in could not because the rooms were not ready.
