1. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had absolutely no issues.

2. There was only one small issue; the batteries were dead in the TV remote.

3. Their was also an issue with noise as a group of kids came in at midnight next door and woke us all up (not good with 2 small children) we had to call the front desk about the noise.

4. The windows curtains are thin (sheer) as stated in other reviews but never seemed to be an issue.

10. As I went back to the room and exited the elevator, I noticed 2 young ladies that had checked in after us carrying all of their luggage out their room and heading back downstairs ( I am assuming that they had similar issues).
