1. I didn't hear any air traffic until about 6:30 in the morning so that wasn't a problem.

3. We really want to shine a spotlight on Ron, the front desk manager, who went out of his way to solve a problem we had with an accidental double booking and reward points fiasco.

7. The bed was very comfortable and pillows weren't overly stuffed like a lot of hotel pillows are which causes neck problems in the morning.

8. One other thing, I had requested a room close to elevator, because of a mobility problem but was given a room at the very end of the hall, fartherest room from elevator on that floor.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and we had pounding above us for most of the day as well as the 2 elevators were locked by the construction people and even repeated banging on the elevator doors, they would not release the elevators, causing repeated trips up and down the stairs ( we were on the 3rd floor) Numerous complaints to the front desk did not correct the problem.

10. I had to get my shoes all wet just to get into my car, so apparently this place has a drainage problem as well.
