2. All the towels do not need to be changed every day; styrofoam is one of the worst things for the environment; the soap/shampoos do not require daily replacement unless requested.

5. worst of all, the bedspreads had urine on them and the mattresses themselves were stained on the sides with blood or something of similar color.
