4. It`s just that on closer inspection, the upholstery on the living room ottoman was ripped, the rug was worn and had black marks on it, and so did the wall in several places.

6. The curtains had holes in them, the furniture was worn thin or had holes, the bath was not clean, the toilet paper bar was hanging loose, the swimming pool was filled with leaves (June) and there were no pool towels.
