1. Day two we had the same experience with the valet but finally got it, when we came back from a day of shopping and saw that it was an even bigger mess to get into we parked in city parking across the street, where we continued to park for the rest of our stay.

3. We orginally were booked into the Gaylord Opryland but our booking agent messed up and didnt tell us it was closed for refurb.
