5. The main problem for us was a totally bewildering and non-functioning room temperature control system; however, the public areas of the hotel were also highly variable and generally fridgid cold.

7. We had similar problems of getting enough towels for the four of us staying a room with two double beds, whcih I would have thought would have been standard.

9. We were traveling with two other couples, one of which found numerous bugs (he was moved three times, and found bed bugs in each) Do not stay at this hotel because the front desk was aware of the problem and did not notify us of the infestation.

10. The staff was very nice; a maintenance worker went above and beyond to to help us with a problem.
