1. One family had to be moved because the heat wasn't working in their room, lots of chip crumbs in a sofabed when pulled out to use, noisy heat system, tub floor dirty and had to be cleaned, and then others had spotless rooms with no problems at all.

2. Again, its a small thing but having to go all the way down to the lobby for a bag of chips or soda instead of down the hall is a bit inconvenient.
