2. Only complaint was that a previous guest had left a number of documents in our room on one of our stays, and the chambermaids didn't find them before we did.

3. Our biggest complaint was the noise - garbage trucks in the early morning before 5:00 AM and we could clearly hear the guests in the room above us walking around the room.

4. The only complaint I have about this facility was that there were male guests who were always 'hanging out' in the pool area whenever children were there.
