4. Valet is around the corner from the hotel -- next to the overflowing garbage cans where I sat rats several times :shudder: (Is this a hotel or a city of Nashville problem?).

6. Yes, the valet parking is round the corner but walking five steps to the lobby was not a problem for us, neither was the breakfast.

7. My observation is that there is general vagrant problem throught the area with some businesses posting signs saying 'Please Help, Don't Give'.

8. I even had a minor problem with minor problem with my rental car in the parking garage, and the staff in the garage (which the hotel doesn't control) was unbelievably nice in helping me with the problem.

9. We had one small little problem with a young lady next door to us who apparently broke up with her fiance, drank too much afterwords and got a bit loud but the security assigned to the building was very attentive and it ceased to be a problem.

10. I couldn`t get phone reception in the lobby/ business center which was a problem trying to get work done and use the computer at the same time.
