1. My only other complaint is that we didnt have room service come for almost 3 days and for the 2nd two days we called and complained down to the front desk and they had someone come down.

2. My husband would not let me complain to staff, for fear of them getting mad at us and pulling something fishy; After some thought, he was right, so I tried my best to sleep.
