2. Yes, construction was in progress but heard no noise, check in was set up in a conference room but the staff could not have been any better.

4. As a priceline customer I paid about 75% off the rack rate and got put in the worst room, room 301 (note dont get rm 101,201 or 301, they are literally right next to the elevator and facing the road, so you get noise from both the elevator and road traffic).
