1. It's unfortunate because I will be spending quite a lot of time in Nashville and was hoping to find a home away from home but clearly, this hotel won't make the list.

4. unfortunately, they have a very rude receptionist normally there during morning, at the front desk and I almost decided to not to stay there because of her.
