1. The towels that we had in our room had yellow stains on them so we did not use any of them, except to wipe down the toilet seat so we would feel comfortable sitting on it.

2. Do they not clean the rooms before new guests arrive? There were yellow pee stains on the toilet seat, and the bath tub was also really badly stained and had some hairs left behind by the previous guests.
