1. There was a stain on the carpeting, the bathroom wallpaper was starting to peel, and the furniture and TV were dated.

4. The room smelled like an ashtray(this was a non-smoking room), the carpet was sticky in spots (we ended up wearing shoes in the room), the towels were dingy and the bedding had several holes and stains.
