1. The problems I had, which is why I only gave an average rating, is the extra charge for any days over 7 days of parking - The Clarion and Best Western don't do this - and the extremely slow return shuttle.

2. We told them it was booked as a gift and they had the credit card #, the security code AND the billing address of the credit card holder so what was the problem? They said it was their policy to always see the credit card.

3. Only minor problem was that we could hear some people talking around midnight, not sure if walls are really thin or they were just really loud.

4. This should no have been a problem so I called down to the front desk to explain and the cleric apologized but did not seem to be able ti fix the problem or cared to.
