The lock on the door of our first room didn`t work, and although they sent somone up to open it, it took 2 trips of the maintenance man and a talk from my spouse before they changed our room - that after chatting with the maid (I am bilingual) who assured me with a laugh that the lock on the door had been broken for 'years.
