1. I went back to the reception and the lady who checked us in and informed her of this problem, she had no idea and using her warlike talkie spoke to a member of the maintenance staff who has it happened forgot to inform anyone that he had been working on the pool and it was indeed closed.

4. Only negatives I can say about the hotel was hat if you had a room facing 6th St you heard the traffic and if you're a light sleeper (which I am not) it might be a problem.

5. I've stayed there 15 times this year on business and have had one problem that they fixed right away and then were more than generous in making it up to me.

6. As far as downtown hotels it is probably on the far western side, but since Milwaukee is not a huge city, it was not a problem for us walking around.

8. the only good thing is the frount desks was quick to fix problems and in gereral were nice the rest of the staff could take lessions in customer service from them.
