2. Breakfast in the Hearth room is a shambles - not enough seating, the instructions for the waffle machines are wrong for the brand of machine in use, and two attendants hover and snatch your plates away the minute you finish eating, I guess in the hope you will move away and give your table to one of the many guests standing and waiting for somewhere to sit.
