5. Room 202 has the similar items mildew in the walls and around the grout in addition it has cigarette burns on the comforter and in the carpets as well as the curtains.

7. February 15th I arrived to a very nice looking lobby, however came into a room that had mildew in the walls and the bathrooms have a permanent stain on the tub and floor which looked as an oil stain and down right filth.
