1. Only complaints were minor - service was 'relaxed' (some might say slow) and they charged $10/day for wifi in the rooms (a personal pet peeve of mine).

7. The only complaint I had which is very minor was that the AC unit located in the suite was very loud which was a bit startling the first night I tried to sleep but I got used to it.
