1. The only inconvenient I had was that the room key didn't work but the maintenance gentleman Carlos was very helpful and was able to take care of the issue right away.

2. We did have issues with the toilet 'leaking' and when my husband mentioned it to the front desk they were very apologetic and as the room was prepaid, offered us bonus points as a credit for the inconvenience.
