2. I do have to say though that breakfast issues are not always entirely to blame on the hotel, as some guests are stacking up huge amounts of food and either don't eat all of it or take it to their rooms.

We had a nice room (2 Queen beds, bath, dressing area, small living room & kitchen) A few weeks prior to our arrival, I had called the hotel and requested a room on the 'lagoon' side - Unfortunately, our room faced the parking lot, not the lagoon - oh well, not a major issue with us, as the room itself was spacious and clean.

9. We always fly in a day early before a cruise to avoid missing our ship (due to possible weather issues and delays in Chicago) Upon arrival at the Miami Airport, we utilized the free courtesy phone that was available for the hotel.
