This was one of the worst large hotels I have stayed at for a business trip in a long time--constant loud noises from highrises going up nearby, perpetual traffic with a major freeway entrance a block away---yes--lots of horns honking, and even a very busy fire station a few blocks away---with no apparent noise insulation in the hotel.
