1. I think this hotel's problems all stem from the management, since all the staff I encountered were friendly and willing to help but the managers were rude.

8. The spa closes at 6pm (not very convenient if you are there for work), the conceirge was extremely rude, room was average, trouble with high speed internet connection that was never resolved, and hidden 'resort fees' on the bill.
