2. Yes, we could hear the planes take off - frequently - but it was not deafening or bothersome, more like a background noise, and it was not a problem for us, even for my husband who is a very light sleeper.

4. The airport noise would only have bothered the lightest of sleepers though, my husband slept just fine -- I had problems sleeping for reasons unrelated to the hotel or noise.

7. The problem with the customer service was not attitude, but seemed to come from lack of staffing which kept the front desk staff backed up regularly.

8. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone having a very light sleep, for although the windows have double glass, you still can hear the airplanes landing and taking off at all times, but I sleep like a log, so it wasn't a problem for me.

9. The only problem I had with the hotel was that it is that there is very little around the area and you have to have a car or take a taxi to get somewhere.

10. Only problems were a broken U lock on the door and when i flushed the loo in the morning it kept on filling ending up with a flooded floor.
