1. It's a little noisy on the back side but not enough to be an issue unless you are very sensitive to noise.

2. It was very clean, the people at the front desk were pleasant, it was very close to the airport (sound proof - no noise from the planes), and had a coffee/cereal/muffin breakfast selection in the lobby.
