1. On top of the major attitude problem of most of the employees I came in contact with, the breakfast was of a vending machine quality, the mattresses were uncomfortable and when I took a shower there was no hot water.

2. It has free shuttle service to dolphin mall and Dadeland Mall as well, but you can walk without problem.

5. He blamed me for the problem, saying I should have told him that our companions were staying in the room -- well, I reserved both rooms with my credit card and had one confirmation number for both, and obviously i wasn't staying in two rooms.

8. The staff were very apologetic about the repeated error, and I don`t fault them at all - it`s clearly a problem with Hampton/Hilton`s online reservation system.
