2. There was a dedicated hot button on the phone for this, so I called in and after a few minutes somebody whose English was at least thick, asked me where I was, the room number and the problem I had and so on.

5. The site refers to instant hot water under food and beverage note this refers to using the coffee maker without coffee to heat water which is a problem if you and your companion want tea and coffee at the same time, of course the lobby is just a short ride away.
