6. I new I had a problem when the gentleman asked if I wanted to be in the front or the back but the back is where the train runs through.

7. We stayed in a studio suite which was newly redone, it was incredibly nice for what we paid 109$ per night we stayed two nights dec 30 and the 31 on the 31 we had some problems with a party going on above us; however it was taken care of very promtly and with a great attitude.

8. The hotel looks like it was converted from an old apartment building and while some of these issues are just general maintenance issues, most of the problems could be remedied by a good housekeeping staff.
