1. This is a nice hotel and it probably wows its customers when nothing goes wrong, but, with the exception of the young man who helped us the first night, the staff is brutally apathetic and unconcerned.

2. The first day we went down and had to ask for pretty much everything several times and our orders were constantly wrong which got somewhat frustrating, we would get brought a tea bag and no hot water, or coffee but no cream, something you would expect to be fairly basic.
