1. The reason I don't rate this hotel as excellent is that the hotel is relatively expensive as compared to other hotels of corresponding standard where we stayed during our visit to the US.

2. Had we been staying somewhere for leisure for a night or so, this would not have been the property we would have chosen as we feel that there are much nicer properties in Memphis (and much more expensive).
