1. although it was next to the kitchen we rarely ever heard any noise, and if you like to utilize the gym the 24 hour gym is close right across the hall.

3. As for people making noise the hospital is across the street and if families are in dire need this is one of the hotels they stay at so of course they are going to be making noise that may or may not be enjoyable.
