1. The rooms are small and noisy.

8. Drawbacks were 3 things, first it was so dark in bathroom we could not see in shower and no exhaust fan working, second the room heater was so noisy we turned it off after 20 minutes, third there is a gap at bottom of door to outside hall that the wind was coming through.
