2. Would not recommend, staff was rude, even though this hotel was inexpensive it was not up to par, they cleaned every day and sprayed for pests, still the room had roaches and ants.

7. The staff was rude, our room wasn`t even cleaned one day (and when we reported it, the front desk people were just plain hateful).

9. James is the night supervisor, and not only is he rude.

10. Upon returning back to the front desk, the supervisor became extremely rude once again and told me it isn't thier policy to call customers advising thier credit card didn't work, nor is it thier responsiblity to hold the room a few hours until you arrive.
