4. When I took my complaint up the chain of command, I was told by <93>Robin<94> (605)229-8071 there was a <93>valid cancellation<94> and there was <93>nothing Travelodge could do to make it right<94>.

5. I did file a complaint with their Corporate office but the hotel has seven days to respond - too late to help me out any.

6. A few days before the trip I read a similar online complaint so I contacted them and learned my reservation too had been cancelled.
