1. We decided to check out first thing in the morning and ask for a refund- when we complained to the front desk they were more than willing to tell us to call Expedia and get a refund-almost like this happens often.

3. The pool is lovely - some guests were complaining about the temperature of the pool being too low, but to be honest it was refreshing in the Florida sunshine.

4. To the people that are complaining - maybe they should have shelled out twice as much money and stayed at the Wyndham--They would probably find plusher bathrobes and a better view, but not much more.
