6. I noticed this morning that there was another remote behind the lamp, this would imply the problem was know and I could have been informed about the issue on check-in instead of missing the sunset while it was fixed.

7. It`s well worth the extra amount for a pool view room and you shouldn`t expect an upgraded room if you are only willing to pay the standard price, which was the issue with this group.
