1. We had a problem with our door lock, and had to switch rooms; then a problem with the AC unit, and needed wit switch again, but the staff were very supportive and accomadating.

5. Not really a problem since we had a sheltered balcony overlooking the pool and just sat out there for the evening.

The views are amazing, the rooms are gorgeous, the beds are so comfortable we never sleep better the location is perfect, its quiet but close to duval, the pools are great especially the one nearest the ocean the concierge is always helpful and the availability of mopeds and other rental items is never a problem we now go every year on our anniversary and always bring our friends who are also hooked.
