1. Only nitpicks are the walls are thin so you get some noise from the adjoining rooms, and there was no exhaust vent in the bathroom.

4. Rooms overlooking the Duval Street should be removed from ICHotels reservation system since hotel management failed to protect ICH guest from the outside noise, knowing that Duval street is a chalenging environment for hotels like Crowne Platza should be.

5. At the end hotel showed significant flexibility on rates due to noise problem, but to be honest I didn't come to the Key west to further improve my negotiation skills.

6. I checked the windows and realised that management tried to fix the noise problem (probably in late 70's) with additional single glassing window frame nailed on the original historic windows.

7. My wife could not sleep because of the street noise, so the second night they gave us a fourth floor corner room on the back side of the hotel, which was not only quiet, but bigger.
