2. I took the kids to the Dry Tortugas one day, i would suggets this to anyone who goes, it is a bit expensive but you get breakfast and lunch.

4. It is a little ways from Duval, so you will either need to rent a car (I don't recommend) or use the money you would have used to rent the car and pay for the resort parking and the taxis (which are expensive -- $15 each way including tip).
