1. This problem is a defect in construction; the rooms need to be soundproofed.

4. A couple of minor problems in our room with TV adjustment and bathtub faucet, most likely never reported by prior guests, were immediately 'fixed' upon mentioning them to Lynn.

7. Also, I've never had a problem with noisy revelers keeping my up all night or felt that I was paying extra money just for a pretty lobby.
