4. I feel if you are going to be a pet-friendly hotel, the standards should be higher in cleanliness, and it should be somewhere a non pet-owning person would still enjoy staying at and not smelling the previous renter's pet smell left behind.

8. the first room we checked into had wet floors and smelled of mildew and had many gnats and was a smoking room they fixed it and moved us however there always seemed to be somewhat of an older smell anf feel to the room def could use some modernization/updating.
